The warriors began their chase for a championship by hosting the stars from north shore. Things didn’t look good early for the warriors as they found themselves down 5-0 halfway through the 1st quarter. Nsha was able to beat the warriors 1-3-1 defense easily as the scored on their first 3 possessions. The warriors quickly adjusted to a 2-3 defense and were able to close the the quarter with an 11-9 lead. The 2nd quarter was much of the same as the warriors defense didn’t allow much points and offense was able to score just when they needed too, leading to a 19-13 halftime lead. The warriors came out on fire in the second half scoring at will and racing out to 33-17 lead. But then on back to back plays the warriors PG Jacob Chami picked up his 4 foul and leading scorer Ed Dweck took hard a foul and really hurt his back forcing him out of the game. Nsha caught the break they were looking for all evening and were able to cut the lead down to 33-22. The fourth quarter was all warriors as both Jacob and Ed reentered the game to eventually close out nsha by the final score of 42-22.

Jack dweck and Mikey Althekefati each had 8. And Solly Hara chipped in with 2 points and did an amazing job on the rebounds all night keeping north shore’s big men away.
